“Set aside” I’d say is the
perfect word to describe my on-and-off pursuit learning Khmer language. It’s
still there – it isn’t just the precedence – got other crucial things to tackle
immediately. And when life’s struck you with great complexity – survival of the
fittest – you just have to let go even things you love most – to live – this hobby
wasn’t just a primacy this time.
I’ve done my best to retain what
I had learned in past attempts – and so being creative in the process – life wasn’t
that beautiful like many would think a fairytale. And so I failed another try.
