NEW DAY




This has been my slogan for a week now, as far as I’m aware – a mantra in my mind – to stay fit. The minute I’m awake, this watchword keeps ringing simply to remind me of my earnest desire to lose weight. For sure, I’m not alone in this quest.

I’m seeing a little progress even in a week’s time, but it could have been better if I was careful with my diet. Food is just irresistible. I was trying though, of course it wasn’t enough. “It’s a new day!” I said again this morning – a catchphrase hopefully I’ll truly value.
