Accent Reduction!?

To beginners? No kidding!

This is what I’ve exactly been protesting in this field for years–not well-thought ideas of authors, sufferings of educators. The fact that these are published books, it’s so staggering for me. And how could these people from renowned institutions, have the guts to design pointless lessons?

I wonder how much they know each EFL learner in Third-World countries. For every lesson provided is a real hassle to teachers. And so I had to defy these lame concepts almost every time. Here’s the précis from my unsolicited opinion–“Western thinking and ours are totally poles apart.”
